One of the most impactful ways for us to deliver value is by facilitating innovation projects based on member collaboration. These projects often address challenges that can only be met by a coordinated effort to work together across competition and industries.

What can the cluster help with?
As an independent cluster organisation, Finance Innovation can fill the role of project organizer and manager, creating space for cooperation and ensuring that participant goals are aligned. This way project success will always equal value created for all the stakeholders involved.

We want to leverage our unique position within the tech/finance/insurance industry to empower cluster members to work together and achieve results not otherwise possible. We have experience serving as both a facilitator and a neutral arena from which new initiatives can be launched. We have done it for competing banks looking to create a common open banking platform and are currently doing it for the insurance industry attempting to establish a united safeguard against fraud. We can also assist in applying for funding that is often crucial in the early stages of projects.

We are always on the lookout for new projects but also recognize that the best ideas arise from the specific needs and wants of our members, as they are in a better position to identify the gaps that can only be filled by cooperation across the industry.
