Traditionally, card issuing projects are fairly complex. They usually take months and require partnering with various service providers.

We have teamed up with VISA and invite you to meet some of the players in the payment transaction value chain who’ll give concrete guidelines and advice to fintechs who are thinking of launching a card.

Astat is the business account that sets a new standard for banking services and experiences. They are both challenging and complementing the incumbent banking sector with a full business banking platform suite and a range of products to be utilised by banking partners. They plan to expand rapidly throughout the Nordics and beyond with an aggressive product roadmap and expansion strategy.

Axel has over nine years of experience as a technical consultant and architect in London, working in financial services, energy and sports streaming. For the past four years, Axel specialised in building and architecting digital banks for incumbents in London looking to claim their part of the $8 trillion digital banking market.

Namur was founded in 2020. They are a start-up with a globally leading tech plattform for credit cards. They offer brands and ecosystems an ultra fast way to offer cards to their customers and with excellent user money experiences (geo-tagging, gamification and total control of your money). In the future they plan to be a regulated company with an European license.

Bent has an extensive background in consumer finance and Fintech as the Founder & former CEO of BRAbank and the co-founder of Karbin Management consulting and Monobank. He took the initiative to develop the tech platform in his role as CEO at Monobank. Previous experiences for Bent is business development, sales director and responsible for UX management at S'banken. Additionally, he is Chairman of the board of the payment company Spense.

The Visa Fintech Team gives fintechs access to the Visa Network – the world’s largest and most secure payment network. At the same time, through education and support they help fintechs 1) go to market fast and efficiently; 2) navigate the complex ecosystem of payments.

Helene is the Head of Fintech for Nordics and Baltics at VISA. She's leading the engagement with the start-up and Fintech community and supporting partnerships for the Nordics and Baltics at Visa. Helene has more than 15 years of experience in digital transformation and international business expansion in the payment and SaaS/Start-up industries.
