The Financial Services industry has been working hard to improve financial inclusion for the most vulnerable consumers and businesses. FinTechs may be at the forefront, but agility and innovative business models have emerged from many other sectors in the industry, which now means they can provide targeted quick and effective help to the unbanked and underbanked.
In the economic fallout from the COVID-19 crisis, we will need the industry as a whole to deliver for the most vulnerable in society more than ever. In this session, we will explore how Financial Services organisations are overcoming the challenges of a sector that doesn't always meet everyone's needs. We will look at financial inclusion and access, creating tailored help for the most at-risk consumers and businesses, and how we can improve financial wellness for all.
