The quantum (in-)secure future of the financial sector

15. September, 10:00 - 10:20
Online

Quantum computers are coming and can potentially break most of the cryptography we use today. Billions of dollars are used to research and build these machines, and a big pool of the best talent is working in this area. This will impact all industries, including the military, health, and financial sector. How can we prepare to deal with the quantum threat?

About the format

The format is simple: a 20-minute talk, but no questions - in order to keep it short and sweet!

Cyber security has never been more important, given recent developments. NCE Finance Innovation would like to contribute to the understanding and response to this by starting a series of short talks on the topic.

We will cover cyber security from many angles - from national security authorities, research, solution providers, collaboration projects, and so on. And we would welcome any suggestions for speakers.
