CEO, Finance Innovation
Rea joined Finance Innovation in March 2018. She started as CEO in October 2024.

Background
She has been leading her professional career in entrepreneurship, growth strategy, and internationalization in London and Norway.

Before joining Finance Innovation her work experience stems from two early-stage tech startups in the UK, Innovation Norway, Bayer Healthcare, and The Norwegian Foreign Services.


Education
Rea holds a Master of Science (MSc) in Management from the London School of Economics (LSE) with a focus on finance and open innovation.


Other
In 2021 - 2022 Rea was selected as one of 12 young professionals in Styrekandidaten by Bergen Chamber of Commerce, a program for future Board Members, and joined tech-consultancy, Miles, as an observer.

In the period 2021 - 2023, Rea represented Finance Innovation as a member of the Financial Supervisory Act Review Committee (Finanstilsynslovutvalget).

She was Reverse-Mentor in Oda Women in Tech Network in 2021-2022.
