Hedda joined the cluster team in January 2025 as our Communications and Marketing Consultant.

With a Bachelor's degree in Marketing and Brand Management from Kristiania in Bergen, she brings a creative and energetic approach to the team.

Before joining NCE Finance Innovation, she was responsible for marketing in a startup, where she gained hands-on experience, took part in a rebranding, and proved her ability to think outside the box. She's no stranger to taking the lead and thrives in roles that require both structure and creativity.

At the cluster, she plays a key role in promoting Norway Fintech Festival – our annual flagship event – as well as working across broader communication and marketing efforts.

Curious, positive, and always full of ideas – she’s the one to talk to if you want to brainstorm something fun, or dive into a conversation about marketing, communication and Norway Fintech Festival.
